Compression molds mainly for thermoset plastic molding. Its forming method is (in various forms of powder, granular, flake, chips, fibers, etc. ) directly into the plastic material having a predetermined temperature, the mold cavity and the loading chamber, then the mold is closed at a constant speed, plastic under heat and pressure melt flow, and soon filled the entire cavity, get plastic parts required shape and dimensions. Finally, remove the plastic mold opens.

4. Confirm the 3D drawing before making the mold

5. Sample confirmation and modify the mold for customer’s satisfaction

6. Delivery the mold for an approved sample and arrange shipment

1. The mould covered with anti-corrosive oil inside.

2. Mould outside paint with anti-rust oil and plastic film outside.

3. Final packed into wooden case.
